The plot size is 19’0” x 42’0” , We had a challenge to fit in few portions in the small plot, after multiple iteration and brain storming session with the client, we were able to develop the plan to meet their expectations. The staircase to first floor was planned at one corner of the hall and the steps were finished with black and S white granite to make it as a feature, Instead of regular railings we have planned a ply box shelves to display artefacts which uplifted the aesthetics of the hall.
Kitchen was planned to accommodate a dishwasher below the counter, above storage shelves and below storages were done with plywood and the modular kitchen was detailed to ensure the client can place all the items in a neat way.
The front elevation had a shera board cladding and a niche projection finished with texture paint added the beauty to the house.
