The client was scouting for a land in Chennai and came to us with a clear expectations and budget. Ephis projects gave few land option and finally zeroed a property at Madambakkam with 30’0” x 59’0”.

The Ground floor had 2 units (1 BHK and 2 BHK) for rental purpose and the first floor was entirely built for their own use. Few key spaces like pooja room, Kitchen were given a prime focus and planned in a unique style.

The wall panelling, false ceiling work in hall and the detailing for pooja room were appreciated by lot for its intricate detailing.
